The firm was founded in 2009 by
Hugues Bouget, Attorney with the Paris Bar.
After graduating from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris) with a post-graduate degree (DESS) in business law and tax law, he obtained the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat upon passing the bar examination but first worked as an in-house lawyer for HF COMPANY.
Then, between 2003 and 2008, he worked as an associate lawyer for Duclos, Thorne, Mollet-Vieville et associés, where he practiced all aspects of business law as well as employment law.

At the start of 2016, the firm became HB Avocats. Moving into new offices at 61 Avenue Victor Hugo in Paris (75016) has given us a new impetus.
The arrival of fresh blood to strengthen the team will allow us to significantly develop our business.
